My take on Afternic NS5/NS6 lander

Hi everyone,

I’ve been asked by several fellow friends about the new Afternic NS5/NS6 BIN lander. I thought to share it with everyone else as well if more people are interested to hear my thoughts.

One thing is common with both the BIN (ns5/ns6) and contact form landers (ns3/ns4) and that is having a contact number to call the Afternic brokers.

The main point why I’m reluctant in trying out the BIN lander is in some cases I’m willing to accept the lower price than the BIN depending on the domain, offer, need of cash flow, etc. Due to this reason, there are chances where the buyer won’t even bother contacting because of the BIN option only.

Another reason for which I’m not sure but I would still like to share it. When someone inquires about a domain via contact form, I’m fully aware that Afternic brokers do follow-ups with any serious buyer but for the BIN landers where the buyer only has the option to contact via phone number, I’m not too sure if the brokers do follow-up with them as well.

Another reason is that for U.S buyers, there is a toll free number which is easier for anyone in the U.S to contact but when it comes to some other part of the world from which the U.S calling charges are not cheap like from any Arab countries and many more. So only having the contact number and no other option to reach out to the broker/buyer may lead the potential buyer to walk away?

Feel free to give your feedback if someone has tried the BIN landers and how’s your experience compared to the contact form landers.

Also if anyone would like to add some more reasons of why the contact form lander or the BIN lander is better, you’re welcome to do so.

I’ve used the new BIN landers and they need more than just a phone number to call. A message contact form needs to be added.
BIN along with a Make an Offer option would be better as well.

There are a few things I would like to add that I have tested in regards to GD BIN landers: 1.Based on prospects IP the lander will display in German etc and the BIN price will be converted to EURO etc. Also the contact phone numbers will switch to Afternic/GD eurozone local numbers. Those brokers will speak German, Russian, Chinese etc… 2.If the name gets added to cart and the prospect is logged in to their Godaddy account, the system sends out automated “cart abandonment” reminder/follow up emails for a period of time if the prospect fails to complete transaction.… Read more »

Only if optional. BIN only converts better (backed up with data from other platforms), thats why they have it as that.

Aslam allekum abdul bhai..great info …thank you…keep sharing… I am just curious to know..you have almost 6000 precious domains.. What’s the max no. Of domains you think you will add more? 10k or 20k or 50k or 100k?

I like BIN landers better. I think the impulse buys will compensate for the lost incremental sales from brokers, if priced right. And, no, I don’t think “make offer” option is a good idea.

Good to know your thoughts.

Thank you for sharing.
I have not tested this on Afternic.
Now I am back to Uniregistry Market that is linked Afternic, Epik and Dynadot Aftermaket up to $ 10K all in BIN, interested buyer wishes to make offer I will accept.
The most pemium domain (Com) in Dan, Efty with BIN with monthly payment option and I will publish them on Linkedin ..
The best domains (Com) to Domain Broker to expect results.

Errors Adding Domains
There were 102 errors adding domains to your account. These are typically names existing in another account at the Registrar or otherwise invalid or unapproved.
All the DNS of the domains are ns1.uniregistrymarket.link
ns2.uniregistrymarket.link this is a Godaddy strategy everything you acquire bursts it for the worse

Hello Abdul, I hope you and your family are fine.

great analysis on the new Afternic NS5/NS6 landers.

More than a phone call needs to be on them.

A contact form, a live chat form.

I was going to say a link to the sellers profile (of other domains) but then this might steer them ‘away’ from this particular domain and cause them to pull out of the sale transaction.

but a contact form and possibly a live chat form can be included to the phone call communication.

They are my thoughts

Could you let us know, who is your Afternic manager. And are you happy with that manager?

We need a good manager in Afternic.

So please advise us.
