In past I used to park my domains at Bodis but wasn’t quite satisfied with their support due to delay in response and mostly no replies. As of now, I have parked 1-2 names so it doesn’t matter much about their customer support but since many of you guys have been actively parking your domains with Bodis, this news will be good for you. Below is the email I received from Bodis team:

“Hello AbdulBasit,

We are happy to announce that we have implemented a proprietary support ticket system and hired new staff to help us achieve significantly faster and improved customer support service.

From now on, we expect to handle and respond to all customer support inquiries at the absolute earliest convenience. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer support experience to you and other Bodis users.

You may email in order to use our improved support system. Your inquiry will be assigned to the appropriate Bodis staff member with a ticket ID ensuring an accurate and timely response. In the near future, our support ticket system will be further integrated tightly with your Bodis account.

We hope this change is well received and shows our users that we are 100% committed to providing the best service in the parking industry.
