I hope everyone having great time spending their holidays. I was unable to make any post for almost a month as I was on vacation with my family to Murree (Hill station in Pakistan) trip and I came back yesterday. I will share the pictures in my next post.

It was a nice month in terms of parking revenue as we made well over $500. I predicted couple of things in the past which were to make $1,000 in parking at the end of this year which unfortunately wasn’t achieved. Secondly, I was going to have 500 domains at the same time which was accomplished right on time.

After doing intensive research I came to the conclusion of making $1,000 in parking each month and will have 850-900 domains at the end of 2014.

December was the slowest month of the year in terms of receiving domain inquiries. The only reason comes to my mind is holidays and holidays. That didn’t stop me from acquiring some more domains which I did in the past few weeks or so…

Fabos.com – Short and brandable domain. Looks short of fabulous and only 5 characters.

Famlee.com – Another brandable domain for family related niche.

BeachGolfClub.com – Normally I don’t invest in 3 word domains but this is a nice name IMO and thanks to Name.com for catching this dropping domain for me.

RedPackaging.com – Brandable domain for any packaging company.

NwEvent.com – Northwest comes to my mind when I see this and Google result does agree with me.

Saladi.com – I am quite addicted towards first and last names because I see good future as more and more people coming online and they will definitely need their first or last name in .com so grab it before everything is gone.

Knobbs.com – Same as above.

Parking revenue for October and November 2013

Hello and Assalamo Alaikum,

Since there was some issue at DomainNameSales platform in updating the parking revenue so I was unable to publish my parking $$$ for October. However, there wasn’t much changed. I don’t see much improvement though but there was consistency in revenue for the past several months. We made over US$800 for the last two months which isn’t bad but I am hopeful to see some improvement in coming time.

In September 2013 our portfolio generated almost similar amount so nothing much changed in this regard.

Care to share how was your parking revenue in recent times? Any feedback is welcome.

Parking revenue for September 2013 and DomainNameSales.com update

Hello and Assalamo Alaikum everyone,

It was quite slow month in terms of parking revenue as well as domain inquiries received. I thought it would be a better month since summer holidays have gone and will start seeing some activity but that wasn’t the case last month. Mark from DomainPicks.com was in the same boat as well.

One of my revenue making domain from PPC has declined in the last month and I can see the revenue will be drop a bit more for that particular domain which will have somehow affect on my overall parking revenue. It doesn’t matter much personally but I just wanted to share it. However, I was able to make over US$400 for September 2013. My target was to reach $1,000 for the month of Dec ’13 / Jan ’14 but that seems quite far away. I am still happy the way I am going because my main focus is to buy and sell domains and make side income from them through parking unless they are sold to the right person.

On the other hand, I have been contacted by DomainNameSales.com team member who informed me about the new features and after discussing with him I enabled the dead lead follow-up feature where all the hardworking and intelligent brokers from DNS team giving their 100% on each of my domain inquiries which are not active for the past 30 days. It was really amazing to see that I had received hundreds of inquiries since I have joined them.

If you have your domains parked with DNS and get decent number of inquiries than I would suggest you to enable this follow up service which you can find under your control panel click settings on top and auto assignment, old lead management. From there you can select 30 days, 45 and 60 days. I have selected 30 days which seems good for me.

Although I haven’t done any sale with this follow up feature but it looks really good to see inquirers are responding well and since we have enabled at the end of previous month so it may take some time to get clear picture.

Parking revenue for August 2013

Last month I said my revenue may drop because I will be tweaking some of my domains in order to maximize the profit but almost every time the changes I make goes the other way. I don’t mind if that happens because this is what keeps me going and we should never stop learning.

Although I manage to make over $500 for the month of August 2013 which was not bad for me even after making several changes. However, I hope to have similar or a little better this month’s parking revenue because I will be testing this month as well so things can go either way.

Also I would like to share with you guys that I have recently checked my total number of domains which has crossed over 300 mark and as previously mentioned in one of my post that my target is to have 500 domains by the end of this year and it seems my calculation is correct so far…

In the meantime, I am dropping several domains this year and my focus is to buy and sell mostly .com domains only. They are easy to sell compare to any other TLDs or ccTLDs.

Parking revenue of February 2013 with InternetTraffic.com

First of all sorry for being in sharing my parking revenue of last month. Next time I will try to share it more quickly.

I thought of having a better month in parking as compare to January. But unfortunately things didn’t work out like I wanted. Although I made over US$200 but was nowhere near to US$300 which I achieved for the first time last month. I saw drop in my parking revenue for February even though adding 5-7 more domains in the whole month. As I mentioned earlier in one of my post my target is to reach US$1,000 p/month by the end of this year and hopefully I will hit that mark on time. And yeah, I hope to have better next month (March).

Just to add one thing that my highest money making domain was in technology niche.

It doesn’t mean I am complaining about InternetTraffic for the lower revenue in February but I just wanted to share with you all no matter if you hide your parking revenue with me 😉

But I would love to see if someone have big heart to share their parking revenue with their domain parking company 🙂
