Why you should check your spam box

Why-you-should-check-your-spam-boxHello everyone,

It’s quite long since I published last post. It was a busy last month due to some personal reasons. However, I sold another domain last month. Normally Google mail filters the good and bad emails correctly but sometimes it doesn’t so we need to check that. I received an inquiry in my spam box which I was just going to delete it and saw my domain name in the subject so I just stopped there. I moved that domain under inbox and read it. I found that inquiry to be legitimate and I responded back with the asking price. Within a week we settled in four figures range and the deal was done successfully.

The best part was the buyer wanted to pay me first privately. He wired the funds in my bank and later I transferred the domain to him. He even paid the wire fee for both parties so I ended up receiving full amount. However, I have decided not to share the domain this time as well and most of the time won’t share it due to some reasons. I could see the domain has been listed for sale. I didn’t knew the buyer is reseller but I feel I got the right money for that domain.

In the end I would suggest you to check your spam box clearly and simply do not delete all email immediately without going through them. It was my first deal successfully closed which was received in spam box. Now I closely monitor my spam mails before deleting it. Make sure you guys do it as well.

So have you received domain inquiry in spam and completed the deal successfully?
