Hello and Assalamo Alaikum,
As everyone can see I have made my last post almost a month back and the main reason behind that was to shift from Karachi to new place which I mentioned in one of my previous posts. I was going to either shift in Dubai or Islamabad this summer and ALHUMDULLILAH finally I decided and moved to Islamabad this month.
I visited Islamabad earlier too, did survey before finally shifting on permanent basis. I found this better place for my family’s future. Recently we bought new house and a hybrid car Prius Tommykaira 2011 for which I wanted to share some pictures with you all.
So far 1 goal has been achieved and I will try my best to achieve remaining 4 goals within this year although I know it will be difficult because while shifting and all I got slowed down in buying as well as selling domains. I will try my level best to publish posts more regularly from next month as I need to have some more time to sort out remaining stuff.
During this migration, I sold another domain but this time it was in four figures 😉 The domain name was RockTools.com which was sold for $4,000 through DNS broker Brooke. Thanks to Brooke for constantly keeping in touch with the buyer and wrap up the deal on time and when required exactly. Many thanks to Escrow.com too for helping in closing this deal very smoothly. I can never ask for anything better at Escrow.com as they are simply the best.
Thanks to ALLAH Almighty who showed us right path and we moved to a far better place.

Congrats Abdul, am sure it was an exciting process to move. Imho better to still stay in your own country if you have got family and bonds/connections instead of moving really out to Dubai.

We have no relatives here in Islamabad but still a plus point in moving inside the country. Although in past I have lived 10 years in Dubai but staying in our own country is still the best thing if there is any better option available like Islamabad.

Congrats on the move, has Karachi become that bad now? I will be in KHI in July/Aug. I personally feel that Islamabad is a much better option than Dubai.

Unfortunately it’s getting worse every day. Not at all safe place to live. Yes, I too feel Islamabad is overall better place to live than Dubai. Yes, Dubai is more hitech and fun but that’s not we have come into this world. There are lot of other necessary things to do and we must not forget the purpose of coming into this world 🙂

It took many years of hard work which has paid off in the last couple of years including this one.
I don’t set BIN at DNS. But whenever any inquiry comes in, I normally ask for offer and gives my counter offer on my own. In case, I am confused or needs suggestion, I ask the DNS broker as to what price range they feel is good for that particular domain. I have lived in UAE for 10 long years and found Arabs being the most rudest and greedy people on planet. They have plenty of money and are wasting more than spending at right places. This doesn’t mean I am talking about all but here I say for most locals.
