Parking revenue for October and November 2013

Hello and Assalamo Alaikum,

Since there was some issue at DomainNameSales platform in updating the parking revenue so I was unable to publish my parking $$$ for October. However, there wasn’t much changed. I don’t see much improvement though but there was consistency in revenue for the past several months. We made over US$800 for the last two months which isn’t bad but I am hopeful to see some improvement in coming time.

In September 2013 our portfolio generated almost similar amount so nothing much changed in this regard.

Care to share how was your parking revenue in recent times? Any feedback is welcome.

I would like to congratulate Ken-Hansen, Gregg McNair and Paul Goldstone for the launch of registry.  Ken Hansen has resigned his position at Neustar to lead this effort as CEO of “, LLC”, with Ken Hansen as President and Gregg McNair as Chairman

Recently I received press release from Paul Goldstone which I wanted to share with you guys.

Buenos Aires, Argentina, November, 15 2013 – Three well known domain industry leaders have teamed up to launch the registry that will allow users to register the .com domain names they’ve always wanted!  Ken Hansen,(formerly Neustar) will lead the new venture as CEO, joining Paul Goldstone (President), and Gregg McNair (Chairman).

“When Paul asked me to work with him to build a ‘dream team’ for, I immediately thought of Ken Hansen as our leader. Today our CEO is among the most respected and savvy operators in the registry space. Ken’s appointment along with his knowledge and understanding of the opportunity is turning heads in a sea of confusion. To him the solution was so simple and obvious” McNair said.

Sixty-one countries currently offer domain names ending in “co.countrycode” such as and, with registrations for those extensions totaling over 11 million.  Additionally, each year over ten million new .com domains are registered. Registry intends to capitalize on this strong demand, and the current lack of available domains, by opening up a new tract of land in .com.

Advanced Whois Lookups with Whoisology

Advanced-Whois-Lookups-with-WhoisologyHello and Assalamo Alaikum,

I have been using to find what other domains are owned by someone else and what domains are hosted on any particular nameservers. Recently one of our fellow domainer Edward Smeu shared a new service which is far better than

You can check this out where you can type in the email address and bingo! Although it doesn’t show all the domains owned by someone but gives enough number of domains compare to who doesn’t seem to be improving in recent times. Also their support don’t respond at all.

So once the domains are listed you can sort them by letters from the left column. I would love to see the sorting by domain extensions as well. Also when you click on any of the domain you will see it gives more information for each particular field. Let’s say the registrar of the domain is GoDaddy so you can find all those domains registered under that registrar “GODADDY.COM, LLC  (36482487)”. Just click on, LLC and result is available in seconds. Same is the case for other detail. You can find domains by creation date, expiration date, whois servers, street name, phone number, fax, etc. This is really helpful if you need some extra detail of someone.

Thanks Edward for sharing this better alternative and hopefully it will be helpful for others.
