I am sure most of the active domainers have seen the newly re-designed site of Escrow.com which has come up with some new features as well. One of the feature I like is Milestone Escrow. You must be wondering what is it actually. Well, I have taken the explanation from their site “From a kitchen remodeling contract to an IT project, Escrow.com’s 5 Simple Step payment process can be used to provide protection for both Sellers and their Buyers. Buyers fund the full contract amount upfront and Sellers receive their milestone payments once each phase of the project is complete. This way both parties can be assured individual project commitments and deadlines are met and payment for them is received.”
With the new site launched you will find out lots of more information which will clear all doubts of any one who was hesitant using their service in the past. Although they had necessary information on their old website but this time they have put everything. I would say more than anything you would ask for!

As I mentioned in my previous month’s parking revenue which was quite low and I was hoping to reach once again US$300 mark this month (March) but unfortunately didn’t reach it. But somehow managed to get very close towards US$300. I am planning to add some more domains with IT/DNS this month so that I can make sure I reach US$300 in April.
I have been parking my domains with InternetTraffic aka DomainNameSales.com for few months and received many inquiries but none of them was tempted enough to sell or the potential buyers didn’t even bother to present their offer once I asked them to make it. I have tested several other parking companies and found IT/DNS the best so far in terms of PPC and getting domain inquiries more frequently than at some other places.
This is a lesson I learned last month and thought to share with you so one should be very careful while giving out first counter offer without doing due diligence. Something similar happened with me as well but fortunately I was able to cancel the transaction because the buyer was unable to make payment on time.
I am not sure if this is something new for you or not but I received latest newsletter from Google where it’s clearly mentioned that gambling domains can now be monetized through Google Adsense. Although I don’t buy gambling/alcohol/adult related domains for some reasons so this news is not of my interest but I thought to share it with you guys in case if any of you are unaware of it.
